This year's program will feature two keynote presentations open to all show registrants. On Tuesday, Sept. 28 at 8:30 a.m., Michelle Smith, vice president of business development for O.C. Tanner, and Jennifer Rosenzweig, research director for the Forum for People Performance Management and principal for Libera Consulting, will talk about strategies for encouraging productivity, employee satisfaction and engagement in a keynote titled, "Finding Hidden Gold in Your Organization: Riding Out the Recession by Mining the Talent of Your People."
And on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 8:30 a.m., Mark Royal and Tom McMullen of Hay Group will discuss Fortune's Most Admired Companies, and the guiding principles behind these companies' reward strategies in a keynote titled, "Finding the Right Combination:
How the Most Effective Companies Unlock Reward Effectiveness." On top of these keynotes, luncheon sessions will focus on using recent Gallup research to become a more successful collaborator; creating a community of employee and brand engagement; and ways to thrive in an environment of rapid change.
More than 70 educational sessions will take place on all three days of the conference, focused on five different tracks: Employee Engagement; Meeting & Incentive Travel Strategies; Customer Loyalty; and Motivating Sales & Channel Partners; and Promotional Consultants.
Once the doors close on the show each day, take the opportunity to spend some time in the fabulous city of Chicago. Explore the lakefront and the beautiful Millennium Park.
