At Home or On the Road, Happy 2015!

"The more one does and sees and feels, the more one is able to do, and the more genuine may be one's appreciation of fundamental things like home, and love, and understanding companionship."   —Amelia Earhart

The creature comforts of being at home are a little bit different for everyone. For me, it's a cup of coffee that I brewed myself. No one else ever seems to make it just so. For other folks, it's their favorite cozy chair and a football game, or a tasty chili in the slow cooker filling the kitchen with tasty odors.

Likewise, everyone has different ways of making themselves at home when away from home. Whether traveling for work or for play, there are ways to smooth the process and get a little bit of that creature comfort even when away from your own home and hearth.

This month, we're taking a look at some of the latest innovations in those creature comforts of home—items that your program participants will dream about whether they're far from home or in the office. Turn to page 14 to learn more about all the latest and greatest.

But don't stop there. As usual, we don't limit our coverage to just one realm of merchandise. And this month's issue is extra-special, with a supplement Gold Star Gallery of outstanding new products that you'll find available for incentive and reward programs. Everything from digital cameras that get close to the action and headphones that delivery top-quality sound to stylish watches in classic and bold looks, and, of course, housewares that'll help award winners feather their nests.

What's more, if you're attending The PPAI Expo in Las Vegas, Jan. 13 to 15, at Mandalay Bay Convention Center, you can get an up-close-and-personal tour of all of these products when you visit our Gold Star Gallery at PPAI brand. in person. We'll be located in Booth #8815 and hope to see you there.

And we're not the only ones. An impressive lineup of brands and companies that can help you set up your best incentive program ever will be there, exhibiting their wares and offering advice to help you get started. We always like to emphasize the importance of speaking with those in the know when you're planning and executing your incentive and reward programs, whether those programs are designed to motivate and engage employees, ensure better safety standards, keep channel partners on board, inspire sales professionals, boost wellness or any other goal you're aiming for. The PPAI show is your perfect opportunity to discuss the ins and outs of your programs and find out more about how to make things work, and how to make them work better.

Whether your travel plans are taking you to Las Vegas or elsewhere, or even if you're keeping it close to home this winter, know that you'll always get to come back home to your favorite creature comforts—the perfect cup of coffee, a glass of fine wine, a meticulously prepared dinner—the list goes on and on.

And no matter where your travels take you, we hope that 2015 is your best year ever!

Cheers!
