Find What You Need

Learn, Meet and Mingle at the Motivation Show

otivating and engaging employees, sales reps, channel partners and customers is always a challenge, but the economy is presenting new hurdles in business as we try to make more happen with less. But what if someone told you that you could learn how to succeed in your efforts to engage and inspire your targets through education sessions that have answers relevant to today's economy, that you could network with your peers and compare methods, and that you could get up close and personal with thought leaders in the industry, while checking out some of the hottest premium and incentive merchandise and travel destinations going? Oh, and what if that same person told you all of this happened to be located in a city that's both easy to get to and offers a lot of great fun—fine dining, hot nightlife, excellent shopping and more?

If you're looking to do all of this, then you need to check out The Motivation Show. Taking place in Chicago's McCormick Place from Sept. 29 through Oct. 1, this combination of educational sessions, networking events and an exhibit hall full of great ideas is billed by the show's team as "the world's premier event for incentives, recognition awards and motivational meetings and events."

Up Close & Personal

Here's a secret. You can check out merchandise online, and you can learn a lot that way, but there's nothing quite like seeing products in person, getting the story on how those products can work for you, and learning the ins and outs of program design and execution from thought leaders who have been heavyweights in the premium and incentive industry for, well, for a long time.

There are two sides (mainly) to the exhibit hall coin at The Motivation Show: The National Premium/Incentive Show (NPIS), which features branded merchandise, promotional products, recognition awards, gift cards, online and performance improvement services; and the Incentive Travel & Meeting Executives Show (IT&ME), which features features travel destinations, cruise lines, meeting services and event logistics suppliers from more than 60 countries. On both sides of the exhibit hall, you'll find experts willing to offer advice, and you'll be able to get hands-on with the merchandise that will make your program a success.

If all you want to do is check out the latest incentive merchandise and travel destinations, be sure to sign up before Sept. 8—you'll be able to visit the exhibit hall all three days of the conference for free. And as a bonus, you can attend special morning keynote presentations, as well as the IMA Reception on Tuesday evening.
