Looking for Motivation Inspiration?

Chicago Is the Place to Be

These days, a little education, networking and socializing with peers can go a long way, and if you're in the market for a great place to be this September, you'll want to head to Chicago for the annual Motivation Show, taking place from Tues., Sept. 23 through Thurs., Sept. 25.

Just as New York is wonderful in the springtime, as you likely discovered if you were there for the New York Incentive Rewards & Recognition show in May, Chicago is a wonderful place to be as fall descends. And with an exposition hall full of products, places and services, including some of the most recognized brands and destinations in the business that are sure to help you motivate your employees, sales force, channel partners and customers, you won't want to miss it.

This year's show will also feature expanded opportunities for networking and education, after a recent survey by the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) revealed that what you really want from trade shows like this are more opportunities to learn something about how you do business and chances to discuss what you've learned and then learn even more from your peers.

Make a Connection

This year, networking opportunities will abound. In addition to the traditional meet-and-greet on the trade show floor and around the coffee station outside the seminar rooms, you can check out targeted opportunities like the IMA All-Industry reception. Taking place on the exhibit floor on Tuesday afternoon from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., the reception will feature free refreshments and a chance to connect with others. Luncheon keynote sessions will be offered on Tuesday and Wednesday, and when you're not listening to industry luminaries, you can take the time to discuss your day and your business with your peers.
